Our main workout floor is loaded with strength and functional training equipment to help you get fit, stay fit and maintain a strong and healthy body.

Power Racks

Mountain Town Fitness has a large selection of power racks, squat racks, incline benches, decline benches flat benches, leg presses and selectorized machines.

Cardio Training

Our cardiovascular training area features treadmills, elliptical trainers, arc trainers, jacobs ladders, recumbent exercise bikes and cardiovascular entertainment.

Preset Dumbbells

We offer tons of free weights including preset dumbbells, preset barbells, olympic-style bars and plates, plate load iso-lateral and selectorized machines.

This gym is a family. There is nothing but respect and support flowing through the community. I have never been to a gym where I have felt more safe and un-judged. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The place is always clean and getting better. I’ll never go to another gym as long as I live in the Mount Pleasant area.

I’ve been working out here for about 3 months, and I managed to put on 20 lbs of lean mass and drop 2.5% body fat, going from 6.5 to 4%. The staff is super friendly and very encouraging, and they show great respect to everyone that comes through the door. The only thing that makes me leave at the end of my workout is that they don’t have a kitchen.
